General Conditions

• The rate includes breakfast served at the Restaurant from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
• Private parking lot.
•  There is no charge for children up to 07 years when staying in their parents´room. We offer a cradle, a bathtub, kid´s chair and, upon request, our restaurant can heat up feeding bottles or provide paps to facilitate trips with babies.
• The check-in is at 2 p.m. and check-out is at 12 p.m. The late check-out until 8 p.m. will be charged half a rate..
• We charge 10% of service charge.
•  There will be a daily fee of R$ 2,00 referring to Room Tax, that will be paid to the Guarujá Convention & Visitours Bureau (optional).
•  In order to guarantee reservations, we request the deposit of 50% of the stay in advance.
• We do not accept cheques but accept all credit cards.
• Reservations with no guarantee cannot be confirmed.
• Net Tax cannot be comissioned.
• Unfortunately we do not allow pets.
